We at Zokk'n are understanding. We know that now that you have ordered those blissful hot ones, you want them at your feet as quickly as possible. So we do our best. With the careful and rapid processing of your data, the packaging of the bags and the delivery of your package to bpost.
The latter usually happens on the day itself, at least if we have received the order on time and if the post office is still open.
That varies here: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays it can be disappointing because then the office closes at 5 pm. But on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it does not close until 6 pm. Every day we cycle to the post office and for those who need it, bpost does everything it can to deliver on Saturday, subject to additional payment.

We don't work on a public holiday or a Sunday, then we like to go for a walk.

Returns

Wrong reference chosen? Wrong size? It can happen once in a while and we at Zokk'n don't have a problem with that. By law you are entitled to 14 days to break the head about whether or not you have made a wrong purchase. You must inform us of this within those 14 days. And then you have another 14 days to ensure that the Zokk'n are back in our mailbox.
Oh, yes, important to know: we want to see proof of purchase and we want our box back ! The intention is that in the meantime the box was not half processed by a dog with stomach problems ... we are reasonable but it stops somewhere! On the neat box, which was not used for any other purpose, stick the return label that you received in an email. Despite all the ease that we offer to send and return packages, we believe that it should not be foolish and that we should all consciously deal with packaging and transport. You can buy one item with us, and we will ship it. But who repeatedly buys only one piece hurts us a little ... May we also tempt you to visit the stores where the Zokk'n are? Buying by piece is certainly no problem there and you will come out again. Sorry to be so difficult about this, but sustainability is a bit in our DNA.
