mix and match
Sustainability begins by not discarding something that isn't broken. But having a full laundry basket of lonely socks is also pointless. That's why we make socks available for purchase by the piece.

Premium Quality
For those who love beautiful socks, seek something different from the mainstream, and prioritize quality. For everyone looking forward to originality, personality, and sustainability. We exclusively collaborate with European partners and ensure responsible fashion. No child labor, no disrespectful working conditions. We also love animals and therefore only work with mulesing-free merino wool.

Conscious consumer
COSH! helps consumers make conscious choices in the fashion industry.
On their website, you’ll find brands and stores that are committed to a more sustainable lifestyle.
In an ideal world, consumers wouldn’t have to worry about which brand or material is more eco-friendly. In an ideal world, every product in stores would be harmless or minimally harmful, could be fully recovered after long-term use, or if not, fully composted without any negative impact on the environment.
That ideal world doesn’t exist yet… In the meantime, we proudly and loudly proclaim our motto:
👉 I wear what I buy, and I repair what breaks! 😉 -
Igea Yarn
At Zokk’n, we believe in full transparency about our socks and our suppliers.
Our yarn spinner, Igea Yarn, is based in Italy and works exclusively with mulesing-free merino wool.
The wool in their collection is R.W.S. (Responsible Wool Standard) certified, making them one of the best suppliers on the market for us. (RWS-certified farmers and ranchers are assessed based on animal welfare, land management, and social requirements as outlined in the standard. Check their website for more details and updates on certification.)
The sheep that provide us with their wool year after year to keep our feet warm are treated with care.

Circular economy
We collaborate with Der Grüne Punkt. In Germany, the retailer or producer is held responsible for the packaging required when shipping sold products. A fair measure that is less known or applied in our country.
Hence this mention 😉

Which socks should you buy?
Which materials are used?
I work exclusively with merino wool, of course mulesing-free. No other material is as incredibly soft while also keeping your feet warm and cozy.
How do the socks stay in good shape after washing?
Only wash the socks when really necessary—wool socks can be worn several days in a row.
To extend their lifespan:
- Wash them on a wool program, by hand, or hang them in the bathroom while you take a hot shower—the steam will freshen them up.
- A nourishing wool soap is also recommended as it maintains the fibers.
Are the socks sustainably produced?
Absolutely! However, let’s be honest: some parts of production, such as raw material transport and machine operation, are not 100% sustainable (even though the factory runs on solar energy).
That said, my suppliers and I do our absolute best:
- We only use mulesing-free merino wool, ensuring no harm to animals.
- We work only with European partners who meet strict sustainability standards.
- Wool is a natural fiber that does not require chemical processing to be used.
What makes these socks comfortable?
- Seamless toes → No irritation.
- 85% merino wool → Ultra-soft and warm.
- Antibacterial properties → No sweaty feet or bad odors.
- Ribbed structure with no tight band → Ensuring a perfect fit without compression.
What colors and patterns are available?
We have carefully selected a palette of nine colors for the entire collection.
- Some designs mix dark tones, others focus on lighter shades.
- Whether you love bold statement socks or prefer a subtle tone-on-tone effect, there is an option for everyone.
What sizes are available?
Each model is at least available in 35-38, 39-42, and 43-46.
Some designs also come in 47-49 or 31-34.
For little feet, we have a beautiful baby and toddler collection.
Expanding into new sizes requires a big investment, and less common sizes sell at a slower pace, making it difficult to produce them for all feet. Apologies for this!
How is the fit? Do they stretch out?
Because our wool socks are ribbed, they have natural elasticity.
However, they won’t stretch over time—if anything, they are more likely to shrink if not washed properly.
💡 Tip: If you're unsure about your size, go for a slightly larger one for added comfort.
Why are these socks worth the higher price?
- Because Zokk’n makes real wool socks, with 85% merino wool!
- Because our socks are knitted in Portugal, in one of the world’s most respected sock factories.
- A family-owned business where every employee is valued and paid fairly.
- Because we focus on quality details:
